王倩怡，女，1989年2月生，山东威海人，副教授，硕士生导师，研究方向为区域经济学。
工作经历：
2019.4年至今，山东工商学院经济学院工作，隶属西方经济学教研室。
学习经历：
2007年9月-2011年6月，美国特洛伊大学，工商管理专业，工商管理学士学位。
2012年2月-2015年2月，马来西亚马来亚大学，经济学专业，经济学硕士（导师：张淇卓教授）。
2012-2014入选马来西亚高教部‘精英计划’成员。
2015年9月-2018年6月，马来西亚马来亚大学，发展经济学专业，经济学博士（导师：张淇卓教授）。
